I decided to throwback to February, and our Gnomes Challenge using this gorgeous chap that you can find Here. From Star Jam lines. I am using Promarkers to colour.  The dotty paper is from a Doodlebug pad, the gingham paper is from an old Papermania pad, the enamel dots are from YNS, and the cute dotty ribbon came from my local haberdashery store.
