Hello there, hope you are having a great weekend.....and hopefully enjoying some sunshine. I ploughed through a huge pile of ironing this afternoon....but it didn't feel quite such a traumatic experience as I took the ironing board out onto the patio!
My poor wee blog has been feeling a bit neglected as the last few weeks have been super busy - nothing massively exciting, garden renovations, fence painting, shed demolishing, new shed building, trawling around various local dealerships looking for a new car, work, work and work to sum it all up really.
A few weeks ago I celebrated my cough..cough....43rd birthday, my lovely kids ordered me a few stamps and some Nitwit papers from LOTV, one of the stamps is featured below, and my hubby had given me some money to get a new handbag and whilst out looking for said handbag, I had popped into The Works for a quick browse and I found these adorable little paper bags....I got three packs and have been itching to decorate one since!
I thought these bags would be a lovely addition to my table when I do a couple of Christmas fairs later in the year.
This project features
- James, hanging up the stocking, from LOTV
- cut with Spellbinders fancy edge oval die
- coloured with promarkers
- dotty ribbon, twine and button from The Ribbon Girl
- green ribbon from local fabric store
- card candi from The Glitter pot
- DP was a magazine freebie download, changed colour tone in serif page plus
