The clean and simple one.........

Good Morning, hope all is well with you all! Had a dvd night, last night with the hubby and Megan and we watched a film called "p.s, I love you" - sweet film, but not as weepy as I expected it to be, but do have to say that Gerard Butler was very yummy in it

So for todays card, I've gone for full on, proper C&S.....I mean, I do generally lean in that direction, but as you can i've not just leaned that way, but actually toppled over and landed in a big puddle of C&S'ness!!!! Hope you like it anyway......

This very gorgeous dog is available as freebie digi from birds cards, and of course I am smitten with it as it is soooo much like a certain four legged fella not too far away from me! Have printed image and sentiment directly onto the card (font is tempus sans) He is coloured with promarkers, also used a c'bug border embossing folder just to add a bit of depth.

I made this card to enter the Simply Less is moore, feathers and fur challenge.

Have a lovely day xx

the one with the green truck!

Good Morning all, not such a bright sunny morning here in Kent today, and I rather suspect that the downturn in the weather is due to the fact that I have two weeks holiday from next monday!!

Anyway, onto todays card and as i've not used this super cute H&S image for a wee while, it deserved an outing......

He is coloured with promarkers and his truck has a dollop of glossy accents to make it super shiny, the paper is a two peas in a bucket freebie download (sorry cant remember the name etc), the corrugated card was rescued from packaging at work and have cut with an x-cut star and a circular nestie, the sentiment is a creation by the lovely Pickle (thanks again Kerry) and the buttons and card candi are from my stash.

I would like to enter this card into these challengs:
here come the boys - boys toys
make it monday - anything goes

anyway, have a lovely day whatever you're up to, im just going to have a quick blog browse before trotting off to work xx

Hope you've all had a good Thursday, we've been blessed with gorgeous sunshine here today, and Cameron went off to the beach with my step-daughter and Megan was out enjoying the sun with her group of girlies, so it was just me at home after work this afternoon, I could've had some crafting time, I could've settled down in the garden with my book (am reading The Notebook at the mo - its wonderful!!!) but no not me, I decided to dig around in the shed until I found our 12ft garden pool and spent the afternoon scrubbing that down, it is now clean and fresh, so the plan is too chuck the hose it and fill it overnight, so I do hope this weather holds out!!!

cheerio for now!

The one with the "oldie but goodie"

So, I thought I'd print off some Christmas Digi's and get cracking with some colouring and then I stumbled upon Lottie....she is an oldie from Digi Stamp Boutique, and I'd actually forgotten all about her, I do love her dungarees, so just had to print off a few. She is coloured with the trusty promarker and have paper pieced her dungies. The papers are from Paper Cellar, the printed sentiment is one of Kerry's (aka Pickle) creations and the other one is a cuttlebug folder. The flowers are cut from a Marianne die, the pearls are from stash, and the large brad and the other embellishment thingy is from Papermania capsule set which I found for £2 in Staples...yay!
